Delivery Policy
Animalsource.co.uk aim to deliver all our orders within a maximum of seven working days We shall deliver the goods to any premises (Mainland UK) notified to the company by the Customer. We also deliver to non mainland UK destinations as long as the correct delivery method has been chosen.
We use two courier methods - Royal Mail for small items which are sent 1st class and can take a couple of days to deliver with the UK. For larger items weighing over 1.5kg we will send by City Link Couriers which is a guaranteed next day delivery service. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to accept the goods.
In the case that an express shipment is required or a Saturday delivery we can look at this option for you, simply contact us to discuss the cost for upgrading your shipping service - sales@animalsource.co.uk
If your item is sent via City LInk then two attempts will be made to deliver with a card notifying of each attempt, after this you will be asked to call them or drop in and arrange pick up. We cannot accept responsibility for carriage forward charges levied by the courier company.
All items are packaged securely to ensure a safe delivery of our customers goods.
Returns Policy
Where a Customer is not satisfied with Goods and / or does not want them, the Goods can only be returned to the Company if fully re-saleable. In the event of such returns, this must be within 14 days of purchase. Due to the distance selling regulations, you are required to contact the company within 7 days (cooling off period) via Email, Phone or Mail quoting your Order Number. At this stage you will be allocated a return form and reference number (which you must obtain before shipping anything back).
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because of an error on our part we will gladly give you a 100% refund or issue you with a replacement product.
